Steps to Partnership

ReguGuardâ„ will conduct virtual meetings with the facility's designated point-of-contact to assess the preparatory work required by the pharmacy. This includes consolidating and preparing all necessary documents for evaluation. Such documents may include the cleanroom(s) design, type of hoods, compounding workflow, recent certifications, compounding staff information, recent accreditation findings (if any), cleanroom(s) cleaning and maintenance programs, personnel training and competency evaluation programs and records, as well as available standard operating procedures, standard works, and master formula records.

ReguGuardâ„ will conduct a customized onsite visit to perform a comprehensive evaluation of the pharmacy's compounding program. This visit will facilitate face-to-face interaction with individuals involved and allow for finalization of partnership plan details.
